Texas Clown Association - 2014 Convention

*** When making reservations, please ask for IN HOUSE reservations.  You may be on hold for a bit longer, but it should ensure that you get the correct room rate set up. This will avoid you getting sent to the call center, where they seem to be having problems with our block.***  
 
Room rate: $95/night (plus tax) - for up to 2 occupants. Additional persons are each $10/night extra.  Includes a robust continental breakfast in the Alpine Lodge restaurant on the premises
 
Note: Hotel has only two floors of guest rooms and no elevator.  Be sure to request a ground floor room if stairs are an issue for you.  All Meeting rooms and the hospitality room etc, are on the ground level.  Please plan to stay at the convention hotel to help the Jolly Joeys meet the room block.  This saves money on the convention meeting space and allows us to provide more in the way of lecturers and vendors.


***Our room block is full, and in fact we have surpassed it.  It may be difficult to get a room for the full convention period.  ***

Adults

$145 12/1/2013 - 4/31/2014
$165 4/1/2014 -
$195 after 8/31/2014 and at the door
 
Juniors (ages 10-15 on 3/31/2014)
$125 at all times
